Ed's unique approach to designing and building luxury residences or projects has established his reputation as one of the premier developers and builders in the South Florida region. His attention to detail during the design and planning process is critical to the success of every project along with his expert advice, experience, and guidance.
Graduating from the University of Miami with a BBA in Business Administration and serving in the United States Marine Corps, Ed's business acumen and extensive building construction knowledge along with his professional dedication combine to create a unique business model in the construction industry. Background includes being a real estate entrepreneur, developer, and builder, with all the skills required to manage a building, development, and real estate sales company. These disciplines include all the interrelated responsibilities of dealing with clients, architects, attorneys, engineers, city officials and inspectors, banks, real estate firms, subcontractors, homeowner associations, and private investors.
